Terms of Service

The A1RIKUSO vehicle logistics platform is a service that connects shippers, logistics companies, warehouse operators, IT system providers, and others over the Internet in order to streamline various logistics-related tasks. By digitizing the entire logistics process and promoting information sharing, this platform contributes to reducing logistics costs and improving efficiency.

Main functions of the A1RIKUSO vehicle logistics platform

  • 1. Matching shippers and logistics companies: You can find logistics companies and warehouse operators that meet the needs of shippers and companies.
  • 2. Vehicle movement management: You can grasp vehicle location information and work status in real time, visualize and optimize delivery status.
  • 3. Information sharing: Sharing information between shippers, transportation companies, and warehouse operators leads to smoother logistics operations.
  • 4. Reduction of logistics costs: By achieving efficient logistics operations, you can reduce transportation costs and warehouse storage costs.

When posting a request for vehicle land transportation, the ordering party guarantees the following:

  • The vehicle is self-propelled, has a minimum ground clearance of 13 cm or more, and is within the dimensions that can be loaded onto a carrier car.
  • The vehicle price has been paid at an auction or other YARD by noon the day after the date of posting the order.
  • There are no restrictions preventing the removal of the vehicle by noon the day after the date of posting the order.

When responding to a request for vehicle land transportation, the receiving party guarantees the following:

  • The receiving party will transfer the invoice amount to the receiving party's bank account within the specified deadline.
  • The receiving party will remove the vehicle within the specified removal deadline as proposed in the vehicle land transportation arrangement.
  • The receiving party will deliver the vehicle within the specified delivery deadline as proposed in the vehicle land transportation arrangement.
  • The receiving party will deliver the vehicle at the specified price as proposed in the vehicle land transportation arrangement.
  • The receiving party must immediately/within 3 hours of approval/send a reconfirmation letter in response to the purchaser's approval of the vehicle land transport arrangement offer.

Please note that A1RIKUSO will not be held responsible in the event of any disagreements or any damage or trouble that may occur between the two parties.

If these Terms of Use are violated, or if the ordering party and the contracting party make direct contact other than communication necessary for carrying out transportation requests based on the services provided by the A1RIKUSO Vehicle Logistics Platform, the party that violated the Terms of Use shall be subject to suspension of service usage.

Each participant shall receive a personal secure account upon completion of registration and payment of the admission fee of 10,000 yen.

Each participant shall pay a monthly service usage fee of 10,000 yen at the end of each month based on the issued invoice.

In addition, each participant shall pay a commission fee of 1,000 yen for each ordered/accepted vehicle.
